Today was our first home game of the new season. With only 11 players available, the Whites knew before the opening whistle that every single player would have to dig deep and leave everything on the pitch. From front to back, the work rate was nothing short of phenomenal. Without the luxury of fresh legs on the bench, the boys managed their energy brilliantly, pressing aggressively when needed and supporting each other through every challenge. The team covered every blade of grass, refusing to let fatigue slow their tempo even in the closing stages of the game. Every tackle, block, and track-back was celebrated as a collective victory. Despite the heavy physical toll, the boys remained sharp and ruthless, capitalizing on opportunities to put eight goals past Nithsdale. When one player went down to make a vital block, two more were instantly there to cover the space. By the final whistle, the boys were exhausted but triumphant. Winning 8-2 is an impressive result under any circumstances, but doing it with just 11 players who fought tooth and nail for each other from start to finish makes this performance truly unforgettable. Every player on that pitch earned their first win of the season today. As a team they were all awarded Man of the Match.
