We aim for all our coaching volunteers to have SFA issued coaching certificates withinone year of joining the Club
We aim to recruit a specialist Goalkeeping Coach (with SFA goalkeeping certificate achieved within 1 year) to improve the standard of
goalkeeping within the Club at all age levels.Target date: October 2007
We aim for all our coaching volunteers to obtain a First Aid certificate approved by the SFA/SYFA within 2 years of joining the Club.
We aim to process all Disclosure Scotland clearance certificates within3 months of recruiting new volunteer coaches to the Club.
We aim to develop, improved and update our official Club website (www.hestonrovers.co.uk) by June 2007 and target 2000 ’hits’ pa
