We aim to become the best youth football Club in Dumfries/Galloway by June 2010

 

We aim to have 200 registered members by June 2010

 

We aim to remain at our Maryfield base within the Georgetown community.

 

We aim to complete the Maryfield Pavillion project by securing funding via CCF 2007 or SportScotland for the unforeseen Planning Conditions. We aim to achieve this by                 our target project completion date of June 2008.

 

We aim for all our coaching volunteers to have SFA issued coaching certificates withinone year of joining the Club

 

We aim to recruit a specialist Goalkeeping Coach (with SFA goalkeeping certificate achieved within 1 year) to improve the standard of goalkeeping within the Club at all               age levels.Target date: October 2007

 

We aim for all our coaching volunteers to obtain a First Aid certificate approved by the SFA/SYFA within 2 years of joining the Club. 

 

We aim to process all Disclosure Scotland clearance certificates within3 months of recruiting new volunteer coaches to the Club.

 

We aim to develop, improved and update our official Club website (www.hestonrovers.co.uk) by June 2007 and target 2000 ’hits’ pa

 

We aim to develop our relationship/partnership with the 2 main schools in our community (Georgetown PS and St Joseph’s College) and Georgetown Community Council                   by June 2009.

 

We aim to achieve the SFA Quality Mark ‘standard’ level by

June 2007

We aim to achieve the SFA Quality mark ‘development’ level by

June 2008

WE aim to achieve the SFA Quality mark ‘community’ level by

June 2010
